How to book your session using our online schedule
Wellness Integration Center uses an online scheduling system, Schedulicity, to allow clients to book their own sessions online via phone, tablet or computer. We do not program this software, nor do we have any control over how Schedulicity may change their interface in the future.
With that said, some of our clients have told us they cannot figure out how to use this online system while others tell us it is the easiest thing they have ever used online. This page exists to present a how-to for those of you having issues scheduling your own appointments. This document is up-to-date as of October 17, 2019. Book a new appointment
Click the Schedule Now link in the menu on the right of your screen, or simply click Schedule Now. This will open a new browser window or tab, allowing you to refer back to this document as you work your way through the process. You should see something like this image below once Schedulicity has loaded, assuming you do not have a userid with them already.
When you are able, please click the Schedule Now button shown circled in purple and you should be presented with a list of services to choose from.
There are quite a few services listed here. Please take a moment to read them before selecting one. If you know you want a deep tissue massage and that you want a 90-minute session, for example, simply click the Add To Visit button next to the “Massage – Deep Tissue(Therapeutic) – 90” service shown in the image above. Clicking one of the Add To Visit buttons should launch the following screen.
Choose one of the providers shown on this pop-up window. Only the providers who offer the service you chose will be displayed. If you do not see the provider you were hoping to work with, you need to click the “x” at the top right of the window and choose a different service to add. If you see the provider you want, click the Select button next to their name.
Having chosen your provider, you may now click the Choose Date And Time button shown above.
You are presented with a calendar that shows the provider’s active schedule. The days shown with the grey background surrounding the number means that the day is booked up already, or the available time slots on those days do not allow for the length of service you are attempting to schedule. The days with the white background and the blue border have times available for your service. Choose one of the days. You may also click the arrows on either end of the month above to the calendar to choose a different month. For this
Once you have selected the available day, you are shown a list of the available start times for your service. Please choose a time that works for you. For this example, you are clicking 12pm.
Step 8 (If you are a new user or logged out)
If you have never used schedulicity before, or have been logged out, you should see a screen similar to the one shown above. Simply enter your email address and click the Next button.
Step 9 (If you are a new user or logged out)
If you have only been logged out, please enter your password and login. If you are a new user, please enter your information in the form shown and click the Create My Profile button. You may also want to make sure a check mark is in the box that says, “Keep me signed in”.
If you have been logged in the entire time, you should see the screen above right after you chose your time in Step 7. If you are new, or were logged out, you should see the screen above after creating your profile or logging in. If you need to include a message for the therapist to see, please click the add a message link shown circled in purple above.
Once you have finished entering a message if needed, please click the Book My Visit button shown circled in purple above. If you do NOT click this Book My Visit button, your appointment is NOT booked on our schedules at all.
After clicking the button you should see a screen like the image above. The system will usually email you a confirmation message within fifteen(15) minutes of you booking your session, assuming you typed your email address correctly and the message is not blocked by your spam filters. If you just signed up you should get a welcome email like the one shown below.
Cancel or reschedule your appointment
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, assuming you are outside of the cancellation policy window of time, simply log in to your schedulicity account and you should see your list of upcoming appointments. Click on the appointment you need to cancel or reschedule and you should see a pop-up box like the one shown above. Click the Cancel/Reschedule button.
Once you click the Cancel/Reschedule button, you should see the pop-up window shown above. You can click the Cancel It button to cancel your appointment, or you can click the Cancel It and Reschedule button to cancel the current appointment and be taken to the provider’s calendar to pick a new date and time as shown below.
Once you cancel your appointment, you should see a screen similar to the one shown below. You should also receive a cancellation email from the system.

Once you have logged in to your Schedulicity account and see your upcoming appointments, click on one of your appointments and you should see the pop-up window shown above. Click the Directions link circled in purple above and you should be shown a google map screen like the one below.

Click the Print link circled in purple above and you should see a screen like the one below. Click the Print button on the bottom right corner of the screen.
