Introductory Massage

This is our introductory massage offering. This rate is per hour of massage*, for use with Swedish, Deep Tissue, or Prenatal / Pregnancy modalities. This offer is for brand new customers only. If your session is the first one you are having at our studio, you automatically receive this offer.**

Introductory Yoga

Four (4) yoga classes of the open type for New yoga clients only. (I’m not flexible or the Desk Jockey classes) Please inquire about this special offer on your next visit.

3-Hour Block

This package includes three (3) hours of prepaid time that can be used for most modalities of Massage*, as well as Reflexology and Reiki. You may split this time up however you wish, understanding that the minimum duration of massage is one (1) hour, thirty (30) minutes for reflexology and reiki. This prepaid time is only for use in our studio. If you wish to have your sessions in your home or workplace, please call or email us to discuss the mobile fees.

We feel that certain professions deserve special consideration for the services they provide to the community, so we have special discounted massage* rates for these members of the community. Please inquire about this discount at your next visit. This package is separate from the Introductory Massage offer.

This package includes 90 minutes of massage*, reflexology, and/or reiki.

20 minutes of Reiki

Body, Spirit, and Mind Maintenance

This package includes 3 hours of massage*, reflexology, and/or reiki.

6 weeks progressive yoga. (Includes meditation techniques)
20 minutes of Reiki
